Liquid Creamsicle

• 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
• 34 cup orange juice
• 12 cup orange-flavored liqueur (such as triple sec)
• 12 cup whipping cream (35%)
• 2 tablespoons orange zest, finely grated

1. in a pitcher combine ice cream, orange juice and liqueur.
2. in a small bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
3. fold into ice cream mixture.
4. pour into 4 chilled glasses and sprinkle with orange zest.
