Easy Garden Bake

• 1 cup zucchini, chopped
• 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
• 12 cup onion, chopped
• 13 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 cup skim milk
• 12 cup Bisquick
• 2 eggs
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 14 teaspoon pepper

1. Heat oven to 400F Lightly grease an 8x8 baking dish.
2. Evenly place zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese in dish.
3. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
4. Pour mix evenly in dish.
5. Bake 30-35 minutes.
6. Let cool 5 min before serving.
