Stir-Fry Tilapia with Asparagus
- 1/2 pounds Tilapia
- 3 Tablespoons Light Olive Oil
- 1 whole Shallot, Diced
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1/2 pounds Asparagus
- Salt And Pepper

- Salt and pepper fish slices to taste.

- Heat skillet to medium-high, add 3 Tablespoons of olive oil.
- 3.
- Fry fish till golden brown on both sides, then remove from heat.
- Set fish aside.
- 4.
- In the same oil, add shallots and fry till tender.
- 5.
- Add crushed red pepper.
- 6.
- Add chopped garlic and fry till fragrant.
- 7.
- Throw in the asparagus, salt and pepper to taste.
- 8.
- After 1 minute, add the fish and warm everything through.
- Serve immediately with rice.
- Awesome!
- Tips: After adding asparagus, do not overcook it.
- A little al dente, retains the color and taste.
