Baked Honey Mustard Chicken
- 6 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1/2 cups Prepared Mustard (I Use Half Yellow Mustard And Half Dijon)
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Basil
- 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Parsley
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley.
- Mix well.
- Pour 1/2 of the mixture over chicken and brush to cover.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Turn over the chicken and brush with the remaining 1/2 of the honey mustard sauce.
- Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
- Remove from oven.
- Let it sit 10 minutes before serving.
