A.1. BBQ Chicken Thighs #A1
- 1 lb butter
- 2 cups tomatoes, diced
- chili sauce (2 bottles)
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 14 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 12 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
- 1 lb chicken thigh, bone in
- In a small sauce pot, saute tomatoes with a pinch of salt.
- When juices are coming from tomatoes, add butter and melt.
- Cook tomatoes in butter for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Place chicken thighs in a zipper freezer bag and cover with BBQ sacue.
- Grill over medium heat, turning often to allow crispy skin without burning.
- Cook until 165 degrees.
