Aunt Dora'S Beef Stew

  1. Stagger all of the ingredients into a large, covered, casserole.
  2. Cover and bake in a slow oven at 225u0b0 to 250u0b0 for about 6 to 7 hours (test meat and vegetables for doneness).
  3. Stir once after cooking 3 to 4 hours.
  4. Makes 6 servings.
