Chips Ahoy Cherry Tarts
- Spray canola oil
- 12 NABISCO* Chips Ahoy! Cookies
- 1 cup thickened cream
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
- 24 cherries (fresh or frozen)
- Lightly grease 12 shallow patty pans with spray oil.
- Place the cookies over the moulds and bake for 5 minutes at 180C, or until cookies are soft.
- Gently press the cookies into the moulds whilst still soft.
- Whip the cream and icing sugar until thick.
- Spoon onto cooled cookies and top with cherries.
