- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce or possibly paste
- 2 c. water
- 1 clove garlic, chopped (pwdr, optional)
- 1/4 c. onion, diced (pwdr optional)
- dash of salt
- 2 to 4 tbsp. chili pepper (chili pwdr optional)
- cornstarch, sufficient to thicken slightly
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- dash of salt
- 1/2 to 1 c. tomato sauce
- 2 c. water
