Honolulu Pork Chops Recipe
- 6 pork chops
- 1 can sliced pineapple or possibly chunk style
- 4 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp. water
- Brown the chops and pour off drippings.
- Drain pineapple (save liquid).
- Mix liquid and teriyaki sauce and pour over chops.
- Cover and simmer 45 min or possibly till tender.
- Blend 1 Tbsp.
- water and cornstarch.
- Remove chops and stir cornstarch into sauce, bring to a boil till sauce thickens.
- Add in the pineapple and pour over pork chops.
- Good with rice or possibly noodles.
