Honolulu Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Brown the chops and pour off drippings.
  2. Drain pineapple (save liquid).
  3. Mix liquid and teriyaki sauce and pour over chops.
  4. Cover and simmer 45 min or possibly till tender.
  5. Blend 1 Tbsp.
  6. water and cornstarch.
  7. Remove chops and stir cornstarch into sauce, bring to a boil till sauce thickens.
  8. Add in the pineapple and pour over pork chops.
  9. Good with rice or possibly noodles.
