Landslide Chili

  1. Brown the burger, sausage, and onion together on medium heat so you don't burn the onion
  2. Add the garlic when your meats are about half way done.
  3. It burns easily.
  4. Drain off the fat.
  5. I just cook it in the pot I use for my chili.
  6. Tip it to one side, push the meat to the other side and spoon it out (less dishes lol)
  7. Add the rest of ingredients.
  8. If you want it spicier chop some of those jalapenos and add.
  9. The juice alone does add some heat.
  10. Stir.
  11. Simmer low for at least 2 hours or more.
  12. Just keep it low.
  13. (Your home will smell amazing!)
  14. Serve with your favs.
  15. We like more jalapenos, grated cheese, sour cream, diced onion, tortilla chips, or even fritos.
  16. YUMMM
