Avocado and Crabstick Mayonnaise Salad
- 1 Avocado
- 4 Imitation crab sticks
- 45 grams Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Lemon juice (bottled juice is ok)
- 1 Parsley (fresh chopped or dried)
- Cut the avocado in half.
- Put a kitchen knife in the pit and twist to remove.
- It comes out cleanly like this.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of lemon juice on the insides of the removed skin halves to prevent them from discoloring.
- Cut the avocado into 1 cm dice, and mix with the remaining teaspoon of lemon juice.
- The lemon juice prevents the avocado from discoloring.
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Mix together well, like this.
- Add the diced avocado, and mix well.
- Mound into the hollowed out avocado skins.
- Scatter with some parsley for color and serve.
