Avocado and Crabstick Mayonnaise Salad

  1. Cut the avocado in half.
  2. Put a kitchen knife in the pit and twist to remove.
  3. It comes out cleanly like this.
  4. Spread 1 teaspoon of lemon juice on the insides of the removed skin halves to prevent them from discoloring.
  5. Cut the avocado into 1 cm dice, and mix with the remaining teaspoon of lemon juice.
