Holiday Cheese Ball
- 6 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 8 ounces 2% cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 12 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 (2 ounce) bottle chopped pimiento
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) bag pecans, finely crushed
- Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
- Put cream cheese and remaining ingredients into large bowl.
- Grate cheddar cheese and put into bowl.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Form into ball.
- Roll cheeseball in chopped pecans, then wrap ball and refrigerate at least overnight.
- service with low sodium or low carb crackers.
