Doves a La San Antonio

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. D andst birds with flour& brown in dutch oven in butter& oil.
  3. Add chicken stock, garlic, peppers and onion.
  4. Bake in oven for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Remove from oven and add tomatoes, wine& mushrooms.
  6. Simmer on stove until blended and heated through.
  7. Makes a medium thick gravy.
  8. Great over wild rice and very tender.
