Layered Bean Dip

  1. In medium bowl, mix refried beans, green chilies and taco seasoning mix.
  2. Spread on a 12-inch platter.
  3. Blend ripe avocados, lemon juice and 1/2 cup salsa until smooth.
  4. Spread on top of bean mixture.
  5. Spread sour cream on top of avocado mixture.
  6. Top with lettuce, cheese, remaining salsa*
  7. and olive slices.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips.
  9. May be refrigerated up to 24 hours.
  10. Makes 30 appetizers.
