Dani's Cheesy Artichoke Dip

  1. Drain artichoke hearts and cut into quarters.
  2. Drain green chili's.
  3. Combine first 7 ingredients in 9x12 or round souffle dish.
  4. Bake in 400 oven until bubbly -- stirring occasionally to mix well.
  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips!
