Smothered Chicken & Green Bean Skillet
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 2 cups frozen green beans
- 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) low fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- Cook chicken in large covered nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (170 degrees F).
- Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add beans, soup, water and thyme to skillet; stir.
- Cook, covered, 6 min., stirring occasionally.
- Return chicken to skillet; turn to evenly coat with sauce.
- Cook, uncovered, 1 min.
- or until heated through.
- Top with cheese.
