Zucchini Bake

• 1 (7 inch) zucchini, grated
• 1 small onion, chopped
• salt and pepper
• 1 cup Ritz cracker, crushed
• 1 egg

1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Place in buttered baking dish.
3. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
