Fluffernutter Fudge

  1. Line a 9x5" loaf pan with parchment.
  2. In a large glass bowl, microwave the oil until melted.
  3. Mix in the powdered sugar and peanut flour until smooth, then beat in the marshmallow cream and peanut butter.
  4. Microwave for about 90 seconds, stopping to stir every 30 seconds.
  5. Spread cooked mixture into the loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  6. Cover the surface directly with plastic and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before cutting.
