Mississippi Mud Pie Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk (may use half and half)
- 1 (4 serving size) Jello instant pudding/pie filling vanilla flavor
- 1 tbsp. instant coffee
- 3 1/2 c. (8 ounce. size) Cold Whip - thawed (may use "Lite")
- 1 pkg. chocolate crumb crust
- Fudge sauce
- Pour lowfat milk into large bowl.
- Add in pudding, mix and add in instant coffee.
- Beat with sire whisk for 1 min.
- Let stand for 5 min.
- Mix in whipped topping.
- Spoon into crust.
- Freeze till hard, about 6 hrs.
- Remove from freezer.
- Let stand about 10 min.
- Top with fudge sauce.
- Store in freezer.
