Hot and Sweet Sauce

• 50 ml sweet Thai sweet chili sauce
• 20 -35 g jalapeno peppers
• 15 -25 ml Tabasco sauce

1. Chop the Jalepenos to the size you want.-20-35 gramms.
2. Mix with Sweet thai chilli.-50ml.
3. Mix in Tabasco sauce.-15-25ml.
4. You will need to keep tasting till you get the Heat or Sweet that you like.
5. Enjoy with Steak or fried foods its really just upto you.
