Beef Stir Fry With Tri Color Peppers (Rsfh Recipe
- 1 lb Beef, tenderloin
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1 c. Onion, slivered
- 3/4 c. Green bell pepper-, (2 1/2" x
- 3/4 c. Yellow " ", (2 1/2 in. x
- 1 c. red bell pepper
- 1 c. red bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar directio
- DIRECTIONS: Trim fat from (*I used beef) pork, and cut crosswise into 1/4 inch slices.
- Heat oil in a large non-stic skillet over high heat till warm.
- Add in pork, soy sauce, and next 3 ingredients; stir fry 3 min or possibly till pork is done.
- Remove pork mix from skillet; set aside and keep hot.
- Place skillet over medium-high heat; add in onion and bell peppers, and stir fry 5 min.
- Return pork mix to skillet; add in vinegar, and cook 1 minute.
- Yield: 4 servings.
