  1. DIRECTIONS: Trim fat from (*I used beef) pork, and cut crosswise into 1/4 inch slices.
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stic skillet over high heat till warm.
  3. Add in pork, soy sauce, and next 3 ingredients; stir fry 3 min or possibly till pork is done.
  4. Remove pork mix from skillet; set aside and keep hot.
  5. Place skillet over medium-high heat; add in onion and bell peppers, and stir fry 5 min.
  6. Return pork mix to skillet; add in vinegar, and cook 1 minute.
  7. Yield: 4 servings.
