Wheat Germ Posset

• 1 tablespoon wheat germ
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon honey
• sprinkling cinnamon

1. Heat milk in a pan to near boiling point.
2. Remove from heat & stir in other ingredients.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
