Foil-Pack Fish Florentine

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine rice and water; spoon onto centers of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil.
  3. Top evenly with half the fish; cover with spinach, cream cheese spread and remaining fish.
  4. Drizzle with dressing.
  5. Fold foil to make 4 packets; place on rimmed baking sheet.
  6. Bake 15 min.
  7. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.
