Easy Chocolate Truffles for Valentine's Day

  1. Finely chop up the chocolate.
  2. Line the mold with a sheet of parchment paper.
  3. Warm the heavy cream and mizuame in a pot.
  4. Turn the heat off when it's just about to boil.
  5. Pour the mixture into the bowl from Step 1.
  6. Fold in with a spatula.
  7. When cooled, add the brandy.
  8. Pour into the mold from Step 1, and chill in the fridge to set.
  9. When set, cut with a knife into equal portions.
  10. Roll them up into a ball with your hands.
  11. Coat with cocoa powder.
  12. For a more elegant result, try coating with melted chocolate..

  16. Step 2: You can also combine the chocolate and heavy cream in a bowl and melt in the microwave.
  17. You can substitute milk for heavy cream when making these truffles to serve at home.
