Fiesta Salad

  1. Combine corn, tomatoes, beans and green onions; cover.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. For each serving: Place 3 cups of the lettuce mix on serving plate; top with 1 oz.
  4. of the vegetable mixture, 1 Tbsp.
  5. of the cheese, 3 Tbsp.
  6. of the peppers and 2 Tbsp.
  7. of the red onions.
  8. Top with 2-1/2 oz.
  9. of the meat slices.
  10. Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
  11. dressing.
