Raspberry Jam
- 3 lbs green tomatoes
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry Jell-O gelatin
- Core tomatoes and cut into chunks; process in blender.
- Boil tomatoes with sugar for 15 minutes, stirring often.
- Remove from heat; add Jell-o and stir well.
- Pour in jars.
- Seal, cool and refrigerate or freeze or process in boiling bath water for 10 minutes.
