Raspberry Jam

  1. Core tomatoes and cut into chunks; process in blender.
  2. Boil tomatoes with sugar for 15 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Remove from heat; add Jell-o and stir well.
  4. Pour in jars.
  5. Seal, cool and refrigerate or freeze or process in boiling bath water for 10 minutes.
