Salted Caramel Yogurt Dip
- 2 Tablespoons Sweet Cream Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Good Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cups Dark Brown Sugar
- 1- 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- Apple Slices Or Apple Crisps, To Serve (optional)
- Preparation time does not include 15-minute refrigeration time.
- In a sauce pan on medium high heat, add butter, maple syrup, and dark brown sugar.
- Stir well as it cooks, being careful not to burn the mixture.
- As soon as you see small bubbles forming, remove from heat.
- Allow to cool completely.
- In a bowl, add yogurt and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Refrigerate until caramel has cooled.
- Add cooled caramel to yogurt and stir well.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes.
- To serve, sprinkle with sea salt and dip away!
