Sweet & Sour Red Cabbage

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large skillet.
  2. Toss together gently.
  3. Add enough water to cover the vegetable mixture.
  4. Bring to a low boil, then reduce heat and cook over medium heat.
  5. Stir occasionally, for 6 to 8 minutes, or just until cabbage is tender.
