Mint Tea
- 2 family-size tea bags
- 1 quart boiling water
- 34 cup sugar
- 3 lemons
- 1 quart ginger ale, chilled
- 8 mint sprigs
- Steep the teabags in the boiling water until very strong.
- Add sugar and the juice of the lemons while still hot.
- Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Just before serving, add chilled ginger ale to tea mixture.
- Serve over ice with a mint sprig.
