Beef Burgen (French) Recipe

  1. Combine meat and all remaining ingredients (except dry onion soup) in a covered dish.
  2. Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
  3. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 4 hrs.
  4. Serve with Kluski noodles.
