Texas Ladies Champion Chili
- 2 1/2 lb. meat
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne (red pepper)
- 1/4 tsp. jalapeno powder
- 2 tsp. beef base (bouillon)
- 1 c. beef broth
- 1 tsp. chicken base
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 pkg. goya (m.s.g.)
- Brown meat with seasoned salt.
- Cook 15 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce; cook 30 minutes.
- Add paprika, onion powder, cayenne, jalapeno powder, beef base, beef broth, chicken base, chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Cook until meat is tender, then add remaining ingredients.
- Cook until meat is done.
