Butter-Miso Sauteed White Fish

  1. These are the ingredients.
  2. (I forgot to take a picture of the cherry tomatoes.)
  3. Soak the white fish in sake for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Combine the miso and butter.
  5. Remove the fish from the sake, and drain excess water.
  6. Spread the miso butter mixture on top.
  7. Preheat a toaster oven.
  8. Place the fish on a tray, and bake until lightly browned (at 200C / 400F, for about 7 minutes).
  9. In the meantime, boil spinach, and make it ohitashi-style (lightly boiled spinach with seasoned with dashi).
  10. When the fish is baked, serve on a plate, and it's done.
  11. (Since Christmas is approaching, I garnished it with holiday decorations).
