Butter-Miso Sauteed White Fish
- 2 fillets White fish
- 1 Miso
- 10 grams Butter
- 1 enough to soak the white fish Sake
- 1 dash Spinach
- 2 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 dash Daikon radish sprouts
- These are the ingredients.
- (I forgot to take a picture of the cherry tomatoes.)
- Soak the white fish in sake for 10-15 minutes.
- Combine the miso and butter.
- Remove the fish from the sake, and drain excess water.
- Spread the miso butter mixture on top.
- Preheat a toaster oven.
- Place the fish on a tray, and bake until lightly browned (at 200C / 400F, for about 7 minutes).
- In the meantime, boil spinach, and make it ohitashi-style (lightly boiled spinach with seasoned with dashi).
- When the fish is baked, serve on a plate, and it's done.
- (Since Christmas is approaching, I garnished it with holiday decorations).
