Healthified Marion's Beans 2-23-09

  1. Rinse all dry beans.
  2. Soak all beans overnight or at least 8 hours in cold water.
  3. Rinse beans.
  4. Brown hamburger and drain.
  5. I also rinse with hot water to remove a little more fat.
  6. In a large pot bring tomato juice and beans to a boil.
  7. Reduce to a simmer.
  8. Add all remaining ingredients.
