Bacon Breast Straps

• 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
• 1 Pepper jack cheese
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 chopped red bell pepper
• 1 chopped green bell pepper
• 1 Seasoning salt
• 1 black pepper
• 1 cornbread stuffing
• 1 Bacon

1. Make stuffing.
2. (stove top is fine)
3. Butterfly the chicken breast, then season both inside and out.
4. Stuff with all ingredients
5. Fold the chicken over and wrap with bacon.
6. Place in oven pan or dish.
7. Bake at 380 for an hour (or until bacon is crisp)
