Helen's Suasage Balls

• 1 lb sausage, hot, mild or, regular
• 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese or 1 lb American cheese
• 3 cups Bisquick
• 1 dash Tabasco sauce

1. Mix together and form into balls about 3/4 inch in size.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
3. Good for Christmas Eve, parties or anytime.
