Buggsy's Grasshopper Pie Recipe
- 1 x crumb pie shell
- 1 pkt large marshmallows (10 ounce)
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. whipping cream whipped
- 1/4 c. green creme de menthe
- 2 Tbsp. white creme de cocoa chocolate curls for garnish
- Prepare Crumb Pie shell and cold.
- In 3 quart.
- casserole, place marshmallows and lowfat milk.
- Cover.
- Microwave at HIGH 2-4 min, till mix can be stirred smooth.
- Refrigeratein refrigerator about 30-40 min, till thickened.
- Mix in whipped cream, creme de menthe and creme de cocoa.
- Pour into crust and decorated with additional whipped cream and chocolate curls.
- Chill several hrs or possibly overnight.
- May be served frzn, if you like.
