Buggsy's Grasshopper Pie Recipe

• 1 x crumb pie shell
• 1 pkt large marshmallows (10 ounce)
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• 1 c. whipping cream whipped
• 1/4 c. green creme de menthe
• 2 Tbsp. white creme de cocoa chocolate curls for garnish

1. Prepare Crumb Pie shell and cold.
2. In 3 quart.
3. casserole, place marshmallows and lowfat milk.
4. Cover.
5. Microwave at HIGH 2-4 min, till mix can be stirred smooth.
6. Refrigeratein refrigerator about 30-40 min, till thickened.
7. Mix in whipped cream, creme de menthe and creme de cocoa.
8. Pour into crust and decorated with additional whipped cream and chocolate curls.
9. Chill several hrs or possibly overnight.
10. May be served frzn, if you like.
