Latin Slaw

  1. Combine mayo, lime juice, hot pepper sauce and salt; set aside.
  2. Cook corn in large skillet on medium-high heat until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  3. Place in large bowl.
  4. Add cabbage, chiles, bacon and onions; mix lightly.
  5. Stir in mayo mixture.
  6. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
