Yummy Crock Pot Pot Roast
- 1 (3 lb.) boneless beef rump
- chuck roast
- 1 env. brown gravy mix
- 1 env. ranch dressing mix
- 1 env. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- Combine the envelopes and rub entire roast with it.
- Depending on the size of the roast, you may only use about 1/2 of the mix.
- Place in slow cooker and then add the water to the bottom of the cooker.
- Cook on low 4 to 6 hours, depending on the size of the roast.
