Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
- 1 can Campbells cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
- Dash paprika
- Stir soup till smooth; add in lowfat milk.
- In buttered 1 1/2-qt casserole dish alternate layers of potatoes, onions, sauce and cheese.
- Dot with butter.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover; bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
- Uncover, bake 15 min more.
