Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

  1. Stir soup till smooth; add in lowfat milk.
  2. In buttered 1 1/2-qt casserole dish alternate layers of potatoes, onions, sauce and cheese.
  3. Dot with butter.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Cover; bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
  6. Uncover, bake 15 min more.
