chicken chili

  1. Saute chicken, garlic, and onions in a little bit of olive oil.
  2. While cooking, add your chili powder, cumin powder.
  3. Add the chopped green chilis, and chopped chilis in adobo sauce, give it a few stirs.
  4. Add the chicken stock and beans.
  5. Bring to a boil and turn down.
  6. Simmer for a couple hours.
  7. In the last 30 minutes, add your cilantro.
  8. Serve with some shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream on top, if desired.
  9. Enjoy!
