Frankenstein Minestrone Soup

• 3 sausages
• 10 ounces corn
• 2 stalks celery, chopped, with leaves
• 1 carrot, chopped
• 14 cup red onion, sliced thin
• 1 garlic clove
• 8 cups beef broth
• 16 ounces tomato paste
• 14 cup pizza sauce
• 12 cup small shell pasta (acini de pepe)
• 1 dash oregano
• 1 dash sage
• 1 dash thyme
• 1 dash parsley

1. Slice sausages into bite sized pieces & fry in bottom of pot
2. Add broth, corn, carrots, & celery.
3. Simmer 10 minutes
4. Add all other ingredients & cook for 20 minutes.
