Parsleyed New Potatoes

  1. Combine potatoes and 2 tablespoons water in a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl; cover with vented plastic wrap.
  2. Microwave on high 6 minutes.
  3. Let stand covered for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in butter, parsley, salt, and pepper.
