Bell Pepper & Sun-Dried Tomato Pizza

  1. Brush pizza crust with olive oil.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter.
  3. Saute peppers, shallots and garlic for 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in sundried tomatoes and saute for 1 more minute.
  5. Spread pepper mixture on crust.
  6. Sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
  7. Bake at 450F (230C) for 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
  8. For barbecue, preheat for 10 minutes on medium-high heat.
  9. Lightly grease baking sheet and place on grill.
  10. Close lid and cook for 10-15 minutes or until bottom is crisp and cheese is melted.
