Hot Nacho Sauce
- 4 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, thinly diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 ounce jalapeno pepper, thinly diced
- 4 ounces old cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (454 g) package Velveeta cheese
- Mix all together then place in large greased, covered casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour; stir frequently.
- Remove lid for last 15 minutes of cook time.
- Cool just to warm before serving with nacho chips.
