OMG Shrimp Spinach Mango and Avo Salad

  1. Wisk together the vinegar, oil and Splenda.
  2. Add two drops sesame oil, taste.
  3. Add more sesame oil to taste.
  4. Add pepper (or reserve and grind on top).
  5. In the meantime, rinse and boil prawns or shrimp.
  6. When done, rinse, cool, peel and devein.
  7. Toss spinach, mango, and avo with the dressing.
  8. Separate onto two plates, top with prawns.
  9. ENJOY!
