Oven baked chicken drumsticks
- 6 each drumsticks
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- preheat oven to 425 convection wash drumsticks under running water and pat dry with paper towels trim of any extra skin anf any loose joints pieces
- Spice to taste.
- Mix the salt pepper and garlic powder for the spice
- place the chicken on a prepared cooking pan with the thicker part of the drumstick to the outside line with aluminum full to help clean up a rack elevates the chicken to help all sides cook evenly you can do it without the rack but it is better with of course a heavy spray the PAM on the rack or foil.
- Cook for about 35 minutes let set for 10 minutes before serving ensure the chicken is cooked 185F plus internal temperature
