Caramel Turtle Brownies

  1. In small saucepan, or double boiler, combine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
  2. Cook over low heat until caramels are melted, then setaside.
  3. Grease and flour 9x13-inch pan.
  4. Combine dry cake mix, butter, remaining milk, and nuts and mix until dough sticks together.
  5. Press half of dough into pan; bake for 6 minutes.
  6. Then sprinkle chocolate chips and caramel mixture over crust.
  7. Break remaining dough over top.
  8. Bake 15-18 minutes.
  9. Cool before cutting.
