Beef Kabobs With Garlic Lime Sauce Recipe

  1. Heat grill.
  2. In small jar with tight fitting lid, combine all sauce ingredients.
  3. Shake well.
  4. When ready to barbecue, alternately thread beef, squash and bell pepper on six 12" metal skewers.
  5. Place kabobs on gas grill over Medium-High heat or possibly on charcoal grill 4-6" from Medium High coals.
  6. Cook 10-15 min or possibly till beef is desired doneness, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with sauce.
  7. Broiler Directions: Prepare recipe as directed.
  8. Place kebobs on broiler pan.
  9. Broil 4-6 inches from heat, 10-15 min or possibly till beef is of desired doneness, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with sauce.
