Easy Spinach and Feta Pizza
- 1 Batch Pizza Dough
- 1/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 4 ounces, weight Chopped Spinach
- 3 whole Plum Tomatoes, Sliced Thinly
- 4 ounces, weight Feta Cheese
- Make your dough ahead of time, let rise for 45 minutes, then punch down and wait for 5 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
- Add oil, garlic, and Italian seasoning to a bowl.
- Add spinach and toss to coat all the spinach with oil.
- I usually do this before the pizza dough is ready.
- Roll out the pizza dough and place on preheated pizza stone.
- Spread the spinach mix over the pizza dough.
- Add thinly sliced tomatoes (if you are using a really wet tomato, I would drain it in a sieve or on a paper towel since too much liquid will make the pizza soggier).
- Sprinkle feta on top.
- Bake for 1214 minutes.
