Beef And Green Bean Stir Fry Recipe
- 1 lb Green beans, trimmed and left whole
- 1 x 14-ounce flank steak, cut in thin strips
- 1 Tbsp. Grated fresh ginger
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1/2 c. Reduced sodium beef broth
- 1/4 c. Creamy peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp. Red-wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
- 2 tsp Dark Asian sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. Minced peanuts
- Cook beans in large pot boiling water till tender, about 6 min; drain.
- Stir fry beef, ginger and garlic in warm oil in skillet 3 to 5 min.
- Whisk broth, peanut butter, vinegar, soy and sesame oil in small bowl.
- Add in to beef; cook till mix boils and thickens slightly.
- Add in beans; heat.
- Transfer to platter; sprinkle with peanuts.
- Serve.
